When you visit

Our web host, SmarterASP.NET, records website requests in access logs that may include your IP address. We use these logs to run and troubleshoot the site, relying on our legitimate interest in doing so. The logs are removed or overwritten after five days.

If you email us

We use your address and message to reply and manage your enquiry, relying on our legitimate interest in responding to you. Please avoid sending sensitive information. We delete routine contact emails within 12 months of our last reply, or within 12 months of receiving your message if we do not reply. You can ask us to delete your message sooner by emailing us.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits. It may use cookies or similar browser storage and receive information about your device and activity on this site. We do not load it before you allow it. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can reject analytics or change your choice using “Analytics choices” in the footer. We rely on your consent for this optional analytics.

Google Analytics is set to retain event data for two months and user data for 14 months. New activity resets the 14-month period for a user identifier. These settings do not limit the retention of Google's standard aggregated reports.

See the Google privacy policy for information about its processing, retention and international transfers.

External movie content

Movie posters and details may be requested from TMDb. Streaming links take you to external sites. Those providers may receive technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser connects to them.

Your rights

You can contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw your analytics consent. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
